THE INS AND OUTS OF RUNNING A NON-PROFIT
Our guest speaker will be Mr Jean Taquet, who specializes in French administration and our focus will be on loi-1901, running a non-profit association and some of the current or ongoing issues we are experiencing due to the fall out from Covid 19. We won't be able to answer all your questions, but the idea is to gage areas of interest and concern and then organize further discussions with more experts within and outside of the CESC community.

About our guest speaker: 
Mr. Taquet is a French jurist and associate member of the Delaware Bar Association dealing with all aspects of French law including immigration. He frequently gives courses about the legal system in France and speaks regularly at conferences on subjects of working and living in France. His Qs & As column published since 1994, offers a practical and invaluable know-how.
